How to turn booking emails and PDFs into Limo Anywhere reservations
A practical intake workflow: select the source, review extracted details, check the account and route, then choose how to save.
The short answer
Filly reads a selected booking email or supported attachment, presents a reservation preview, and fills supported fields in Limo Anywhere. The dispatcher still checks the trip and chooses manual saving or optional Auto-Save for supported workflows.
Start with the booking, not the entire conversation
A forwarded thread can contain an original request, a revised pickup time, and a later cancellation. Before importing, identify the message or document that represents the booking you intend to enter. If the email and PDF disagree, resolve that conflict instead of treating whichever value appears first as correct.
Filly supports selected messages in Gmail, Outlook Web, Front, and Helpwise, along with supported PDFs, spreadsheets, images, and pasted text. Choose the source deliberately. This is assisted intake, not permission to turn every inbox message into a reservation.
Review relationships as well as individual fields
A correctly spelled passenger name is not enough. Check whether the billing account belongs to the passenger, their employer, or an affiliate. Then review the date, local pickup time, passenger count, vehicle, route, and any instructions. An airport code should lead to airport routing rather than simply a street address with the airport's name.
For example, a fictional request for Alex Morgan at JFK at 2:30 PM still needs context: is that the requested pickup time or a flight arrival time? Do not silently substitute one for the other. A short clarification now is better than an apparently complete reservation with the wrong operational meaning.
Watch the fill, then finish deliberately
Filly shows checkpoints while entering supported details. If a required detail cannot be resolved, review the question or incomplete route before proceeding. A filled form and a saved reservation are different states. In manual mode, review and save in Limo Anywhere; do not assume a success summary means the reservation was saved.
If a confirmation is requested, review the recipient and delivery choices separately. Filling a booking does not, by itself, mean a confirmation has been emailed. Verify the reported delivery result before telling a customer it has been sent.
Before you move on
- Use the current version of the request.
- Verify passenger and billing-account relationships.
- Check date, time, vehicle, and both route endpoints.
- Confirm whether the reservation was saved and whether delivery was requested.
