Built for reservation work

Transportation details belong in transportation workflows.

Explore all supported workflows

Start where the booking arrives

Use the message open in Gmail, Outlook Web, Front, or Helpwise. Or drop in a PDF, spreadsheet, image, or text request.

Handle more than one trip

Bring a batch into one preview. See the recognized trips, then follow each reservation as Filly fills them in order.

Put each stop in its place

Airports, FBOs, venues, and street addresses have different fields. Filly uses the appropriate routing workflow, including stored Home and Office addresses when a match is clear.

Teach it how your desk works

Turn approved account and routing corrections into Learned Rules. See what Filly has learned, add a shortcut, and edit or remove a rule in Settings.

Keep your hand on the controls

Follow the fill as it happens. Pause to check a detail, resolve a supported prompt, and continue the reservation. Choose manual saving or optional Auto-Save.

Finish with the confirmation

When requested, Filly can send the standard confirmation PDF to a verified recipient. Review the delivery choices, including whether to hide rates.

How it works

A new rhythm for your reservation desk.

01

Pick the source

Open a booking in Gmail, Outlook, Front, or Helpwise—or attach a supported PDF, spreadsheet, image, or plain-text request.

02

Review the preview

Check the passenger, account, route, flight, service, vehicle, notes, and recognized trip count before form entry begins.

03

Watch it fill

Filly enters supported fields with visible checkpoints. When operator input is needed, it pauses with a clear question.

04

Complete it your way

Review and save manually, or enable optional Auto-Save for supported workflows. Required routing checks can block an incomplete save.

Straight answers

What operators ask before they try Filly.

Filly handles repetitive entry. Your team retains the decisions that affect the reservation and the customer.

Does Filly automatically save every reservation?

No. Manual review is available, and Auto-Save is an optional mode for supported workflows. Required pickup and drop-off routing checks can block Auto-Save when a route is incomplete.

What happens when the request is unclear?

Filly shows a preview before entry. Supported checks can pause when an account, stored address, route, or return detail needs operator input, then continue the same fill after review.

Does it handle affiliate confirmations?

Filly supports transportation-specific affiliate workflows. A Farm-Out Confirmation received from another operator is generally your farm-in, and Filly can use the supported direction and reference when the source provides enough information.

Is Filly made by Limo Anywhere?

No. Filly is an independent product built to assist with Limo Anywhere workflows. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Limo Anywhere or Addison Lee Ltd.

See it run a reservation

Run the operation. Not the copy-and-paste.

Let Filly handle the reservation entry. Keep your team focused on the passengers, the fleet, and what happens next.
