What is Filly? +
Filly is a Chrome extension built exclusively for Limo Anywhere operators. It reads your reservation emails and automatically fills every field in a new LA reservation — passenger info, routing, airports, credit cards, account creation — in under 30 seconds.
Does Filly work with Limo Anywhere? +
Yes. Filly was built specifically for Limo Anywhere and works on manage.mylimobiz.com. It fills every standard reservation field and is tested with both LimoPay and Stripe4 payment gateways.
How much time does Filly save per reservation? +
Most dispatchers save 4–6 minutes per reservation. A typical manual entry takes 5–8 minutes. With Filly it takes 15–30 seconds. For a busy operation doing 20+ reservations a day, that's 2+ hours saved daily — roughly 40+ hours a month.
Do I need to be technical to use Filly? +
Not at all. If you can copy and paste an email, you can use Filly. Install the extension, paste the email, click Read & Fill. That's the entire workflow. No setup, no configuration, no training required.
Does Filly work for dispatch teams or just solo operators? +
Both. Solo dispatchers use Filly on their own setup. The Team plan ($79/month) supports up to 5 dispatcher seats so your whole team can use it simultaneously.

Features

What fields does Filly fill? +
Filly fills: passenger first/last name, phone, email · booker name, phone, email · billing contact · PU date and time · service type · vehicle type · passenger count · airport code, airline, flight number · pickup and drop-off addresses · stops and wait stops · credit card details · child seat type and count · notes · and can create or search for accounts.
Does Filly handle airport pickups and drop-offs? +
Yes, fully. Filly selects the airport from the stored dropdown or types the code directly, sets the airline and flight number, and automatically chooses "From Airport" or "To Airport" as the service type based on whether the airport is the pickup or drop-off point.
Can Filly handle multi-stop trips? +
Yes. Filly handles trips with multiple stops including regular stops and wait stops. It fills each leg in sequence — pickup, intermediate stops, drop-off — with the correct address and routing type for each.
Does Filly detect car seat requests? +
Yes. Filly reads car seat mentions in the email and fills the child seat type (infant, rear-facing, forward-facing, booster) and count fields. It also adds a note to the reservation so nothing gets missed.
Can Filly create new accounts in Limo Anywhere? +
Yes. If the email says "create account" or "create new account", Filly will automatically open the account creation dialog in LA, fill in the contact type, company name (if provided), and save it — all without you clicking anything.
What is the Auto-Save feature? +
Auto-Save is an optional checkbox in the result screen. When enabled, Filly automatically clicks the Save button in Limo Anywhere after filling the reservation — so it goes straight to saved without you needing to do anything else.

💳 Payments & Cards

Which payment gateways does Filly support? +
Filly supports both LimoPay (powered by Fullsteam) and Stripe4 — the two main gateways used in Limo Anywhere. It automatically detects which one is active on your account and uses the correct fill method for each.
Does Filly fill credit card details? +
Yes. If the reservation email includes credit card details, Filly fills the card number, expiry month, expiry year, CVV, cardholder name, and billing address into the payment form. It works across both LimoPay and Stripe4 gateways.
Can Filly select a stored/existing card? +
Yes. If the email says something like "use his Visa ending in 1234", Filly will find and select the matching stored card in LA's payment form instead of entering a new one.
Does Filly select the correct Payment Method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)? +
Yes. Filly infers the card brand from the card number and selects the matching option in the Payment Method dropdown (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or generic Credit Card) before filling the card details.

🔒 Security & Privacy

Is my reservation data secure? +
Yes. The email text you paste is sent to our secure server over HTTPS, processed by AI to extract reservation details, and immediately returned. We do not store your reservation emails, passenger data, or credit card details on our servers.
Where is the Gemini AI API key stored? +
The API key lives on our backend server — never in the extension itself. This means it's never exposed in your browser, never visible in DevTools, and never at risk even if someone inspects the extension files.
Does Filly have access to my Limo Anywhere account? +
No. Filly is a browser extension that interacts with the LA page already open in your browser — it does not log in to LA on your behalf, does not store your LA credentials, and has no access to your LA account outside of the page you're already on.
Can Filly see my credit card numbers? +
Filly can only see what you paste into it. If you paste an email that contains a card number, Filly reads it to fill the form. That data is processed to extract the card details and returned to your browser — it is not logged or stored on our server.

💰 Pricing & Billing

How much does Filly cost? +
Filly is free for up to 20 fills per month. The Pro plan is $29/month for unlimited fills. The Team plan is $79/month for up to 5 dispatcher seats. See the full pricing page for details.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds? +
If Filly doesn't work for your Limo Anywhere setup within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us at support@getfillyai.com and we'll refund you in full. No arguments.
Is there an annual plan? +
Not yet, but it's coming. We'll offer an annual plan at a discounted rate. Join the mailing list or follow us to hear when it launches.

🔧 Technical

What browsers does Filly work on? +
Filly is a Chrome extension and works on Google Chrome (version 90+). It also works on any Chromium-based browser including Brave, Microsoft Edge, and Arc.
Does Filly require the local server to be running? +
No. Filly's backend is hosted on Railway and runs 24/7 in the cloud. There's nothing to run on your machine — just install the extension and go.
What happens if Filly can't find a field? +
Filly skips fields it can't find and continues filling the rest. It logs warnings in the browser console so technical users can diagnose issues. The reservation never gets corrupted — at worst some fields are left blank for you to fill manually.
Does Filly work if LA does a page reload mid-fill? +
Yes. Some LA operations (like airport routing) trigger a page reload. Filly saves its state before the reload and automatically resumes from where it left off when the page comes back — no manual intervention needed.
My Limo Anywhere account uses a custom subdomain. Does Filly work? +
Filly works on all manage.mylimobiz.com subdomains. If you're using a custom domain setup for LA, contact us at support@getfillyai.com and we can check compatibility.
